USUAL STOCK
this is what pretty much most of my gallery is filled with.
it's stock created can be used by deviants for deviantArt purposes freely without permission i.e you dont not have to ask to use first!
For other use, I.E on your website or for prints, please note me first. (using these images for commercial use is strictly forbidden without my permission )
please note me when youv use my stock because i love seeing what people have done with it! also give credit for the stock and please link back here.


SPECIAL RULES STOCK
a few of the image in this account are labelled 'special rules', its a minority, but make a note of it if you plan to use it.
these pieces have the same rules as my usual stock, including that you dont have to ask first before you use, but with a few other added stipulations.
this often means i want more ownership over the stock photo than just 'girl - [link] ', and i might want to submit my own copy of the final piece to my art account *lucias-tears.
this is most likely to apply to arty head shots where iv put alot of effort into the make up/concept/lighting/pose/costume/modelling/photograph or that it was never intended for stock.
dont worry, this doesnt mean every piece of art made from these specially labelled stocks will be posted at my art account, and if yours does get chosen you of course will be fully creditted for all your hard work!
this does mean if you use and of my special rules stocks, you are agreeing to offer me a high res copy of the final piece we created. if this is something you'd be unhappy with, please be careful when selecting which of my stocks to use .

REQUESTED STOCKS
simply they have exactly the same rules as 'usual stocks'.
the only difference is they were specifically taken for, or requested by one artist, but they can be used by anyone
to request stock, or offer ideas about costumes/concepts etc just drop me a note!

RESTRICTED STOCKS
more often than not these used to be 'special rules' stocks that got used in a collab.
after any piece created with my stocks has been posted at my main account i will restrict the original stock image.
any stock can become restricted, and artists may approach me to ask to restrict a certain stock (more likely to occur from a more popular artist whose tired of been ripped off and their concepts stolen).

PRIVATE STOCK PACKS
these are photos created for collaborating.
i may randomly post 'private packs' for accomplished artists to adopt but more commonly they will be requested.
these packs would be a series of stock photos which will be tailored to an artists needs and would be for their use only (unless they gave permission to share).
this would prevent stock photos getting over used and loosing their impact but its also the chance for me to work on some exciting new collabs!
this isn't just for the popular digital artists, it will be for whoever i feel like doing a collab with. im not going to have rules about who can apply for these!
these private pack wont mean only good artist getting good stocks! please i cant stress this enough! i always try my hardest with all my regular stocks so in no way will these private stock photos be way better.
the private stocks will have a certain set of poses in a certain costume than another artist has come up with, and so because of this its hardly fair that just any one can use the artists concept?
sadly i wont be able to do private stocks for everyone! i simply dont have time! these probably wont be a regular thing, it just a little extra service id like to offer some people when i can.
this would be a totally free service, the only 'payment' for the modelling and photography would be a high res copy of the final piece for myself and perhaps to post it over at *lucias-tears
